Adam founded eCommerce Placement in 2010 and has spent 15+ years building one of the most specialized eCommerce recruiting firms in the US. Before launching the firm, he recruited in-house for Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, AIG, and Pfizer, and served as the sole Recruiting Manager who scaled Borderfree from 40 to 300 employees ahead of its acquisition by Pitney Bowes. He holds both a BA in Psychology and MS in HR Management from Rutgers University and places VP, Director, and Manager-level eCommerce talent across DTC, marketplace, and omnichannel throughout the US, Canada, and UK. Outside of work, Adam enjoys playing chess, kayaking, and watching the New York Mets (which he claims is character building).

With a background in psychology, she has a strong instinct for understanding people beyond their resumes, focusing on true alignment, not just skillset. She holds a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island. Rich brings rare operator-side perspective to eCommerce recruiting, having spent years as an Account Manager at SureSource managing the official online stores for major consumer brands including Coca-Cola, Budweiser, Igloo, and Yamaha Electronics. He holds a BS in Marketing from Southern Connecticut State University and an MBA from the University of South Carolina. That brand-side experience gives Rich a distinct ability to assess eCommerce talent through a commercial lens, understanding what strong looks like in practice, not just on paper.
